Pine Nut Stuffing for Kibbee (Hashwa)

1 lb ground lamb or beef


2 small onions, finely diced
salt & pepper
1/3 tsp cinnamon
cup pine nuts
1 tbsp butter

Brow n meat; add onions & spices; cook until onion is tender. Melt butter; add pine nuts and cook until golden. Mix pine nuts
into meat; cool slightly.
