Abstract

The Objective for this system was to provide the school with an easy recording system

for their enrolling students. The head of Academy of Jesus, registrar and cashier were the only

ones permitted to use this system. It shows the fees that the enrollee must pay. This system will

also show the requirements for enrollment and the mode of payment (Cash, monthly, quarterly or

split). Things such as Pastor Discount and Honor Discount, Penalties and Refund will be

automatic in Tuition Fee calculation. This system will be secured in password protection so that

only authorized personnel can access it for safety use and protection of information such as

student personal data.

This Enrollment System for Academy of Jesus will make it easier to know if the students

are update with school requirements and with their payments.
