AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, AmFromTheFuture, xx years old, confidential, Filipino, after

having duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. I am the complaining witness for Time Traveling in Relation

to Violation of RA 2908984974 against HesFromThePast, in the case
entitled Future vs. Past, with NPS Docket No. III-xx-INV-xxx-xxx1, Office
of the Provincial Prosecutor of Tarlac;

2. After my sober assessment and soul searching, I have come to

the decision not to pursue the case anymore considering that I already
want to go back to my time;

3. Thus, I hereby inform the Provincial Prosecutor of Tarlac that

I am withdrawing my complaint;

4. Finally, I hereby covenant to no longer file any case, criminal

or otherwise, against HesFromThePast in relation to the facts
surrounding this case;
