What Types Of Meeting Are There In A Company?

The objective of this report is to know about the different types of meetings and then choose the
right Type of Meeting for particular Circumstances. A meeting therefore, can be defined as a lawful
association, or assembly of two or more persons by previous notice for transacting some business.
There are also three types of meetings such as, Shareholders meeting, Directors meeting and
Special meeting.
Firstly, Shareholders meeting is when the meeting is held with the shareholders of the company
it is called shareholders meeting. It is classified into three parts. For example, Statutory meeting,
Annual general meeting and Extra-ordinary general meeting. These generally held once a year.
Secondly, Directors meeting is when the meeting is held among the directors of the company it
is called directors meeting. Such as, Board meeting and Committee meeting.
Finally, Special meeting is for any special situation, when the meeting is arranged by the company,
it is called special meeting. For instance: Class-meeting and Creditors meeting.
From my point of view, a company meetings are an important element of business management.
In addition to this, When meetings are planned well and run correctly, they can be very
productive. When they are not, they can be a waste of time and an annoyance. Either way, it is
important to know about the different types of meetings and what to expect from each.

El objetivo de este informe es conocer los diferentes tipos de reuniones y luego elegir el tipo de
reunin para circunstancias particulares del derecho. Una reunin por lo tanto, puede definirse
como una asociacin legal, o un conjunto de dos o ms personas por previo aviso para tramitar
algunos negocios. Tambin hay tres tipos de reuniones como la de accionistas, reunin de
directores y reunin especial.
En primer lugar, accionistas es cuando se celebr la reunin con los accionistas de la empresa que
se llama a accionistas. Se clasifica en tres partes. Por ejemplo, reunin estatutaria, junta general

Desde mi punto de vista, a reuniones de empresa son un elemento importante de la gestin
empresarial. Adems, cuando las reuniones se planean bien y correctamente, ejecutar pueden ser
muy productivos. Cuando no lo estn, pueden ser una prdida de tiempo y una molestia. De
cualquier manera, es importante conocer los diferentes tipos de reuniones y qu esperar de cada
uno.
