What are you doing?

Two concentric circles, introductions, self disclosure - favorite color,

favorite snack food or dessert, favorite book or movie, an alternative
city, an alternative career, something in your refrigerator right now, a
task you've been putting off or something you know you should do but
haven't yet started or finished, a prized possession

(For someone with an eating disorder discussions related to food may

be challenging, for hoarders identifying a single possession could be a
challenge, for someone experiencing overwhelm and self doubt
naming a task could be a challenge.
