Friday, June 30th Sprint distance, opening ceremony

Saturday, July 1st Long distance, friendship party

Sunday, July 2nd Relay, closing ceremony

CLASSES AND RESTRICTIONS

M16 men born 2001 or later

W16 women born 2001 or later

M18 men born 1999 or later

W18 women born 1999 or later

Each country may enter a maximum number of 4 competitors in each class and one
relay team/class. All participants must be full passport holding citizens of the
country they are representing.

TERRAINS

Long and Relay: Continental hilly terrain with various runability (from very good to
difficult). There are areas with detailed terrain as a result of historical mining.

Previous map from 2003 is part of this bulletin.

Sprint: Hilly terrain of historical city with a narrow streets. There is no previous map
of this area.

EMBARGOED AREAS

Long and Relay

Northern boundary is road nr. 578 to village Krliky. Southern boundary is road
from village Malachov to the west. Road from village Malachov to the west is
allowed to be used for entry to training area Ortuty. Entry into the marked area
Long Distance and Relay is completely forbidden from the publication of the
bulletin nr.1.

Sprint

East boundary are streets of Jozef Karol Hell and Andrej Sladkovic. Entry into the
marked area Sprint is completely forbidden from the publication of the bulletin
nr.1.

MAPS

Long: scale 1:10 000, e=5m, according to ISOM previous map from 2003

Relay: scale 1:10 000, e=5m, according to ISOM previous map from 2003

Sprint: scale 1:4000, e=2.5m, according to ISSOM new map

PUNCHING SYSTEM

SportIdent punching system will be used in all races.

TRAINING

Training camp can be set up at any time from 1st of August 2016. The organizer
offers the possibility to provide accommodation, food and training. In the period
from August 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 permanent controls will be placed in the
terrain.

3 training areas:

1. pania Dolina - sprint

2. Kremnika - long and relay / fast terrain /
3. Ortuty - long and relay / technical terrain /

Prices:

1. Laser print maps 3 EUR / piece

2. OCAD file 150 EUR / map
3. OCAD sprint maps of the city of Banska Bystrica for free / when you
purchase all offered maps for training /
4. Accommodation and meals are arranged individually.

Preliminary entry: till 29th April 2017.

Payment and final entry: till 19th June 2017.

ENTRY FEES

190eur/participant (competitor or official) accommodation

Entry fee includes:

Start fee for three stages of EYOC and model event

Accommodation and full board from dinner at 29th June till lunch 2nd July

Friendship party

Transportation from accommodation to event areas and back

TRANSPORT

Organizers provide all transport during official program of EYOC for accredited
athletes and officials. Teams dont need own transport during EYOC.

Organizers dont provide transport out of official program but Event Centre can
help you with contact.

ACCOMODATION & FOOD

All participants have the same accommodation in the student hostel.

Rooms system (2 + 3 beds) with shared bathroom on the room (WC, shower),
standard equipment - bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, night lamp. Shared kitchen on
each floor (cooker or stove, microwave, washer). There will be Internet connection
available in the room.

We can provide vegetarian food during EYOC on request.
