choice branch upon your advice, where the full amount of the purchase price be deposited in Escrow.

Upon full payment of the total amount, (which was deposited to my PNB account) I shall sign and execute a
DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE in favor of your buyer then, I shall allow your BUYER to conduct due diligence and
deliver any and all documents, including but not limited to the original copy of transfer Certificate of Title, Tax
Declaration and all other documents necessary for the transfer of ownership to your BUYER.
