You would be in your work place at the said shift timing and late coming would be dealt with seriously including not allowing for work. The shift roster would be made available before end of the week. 9. You would follow all necessary instruction given by the management, security and your superior and wear the personal protective equipment while at work. 10. Usage of any intoxicant substance like tobacco in any form inside the factory premises is an act of indiscipline. Possession of such material could be seized by the security who is authorized to do so. You would subject yourself for the physical check by the security during entry and exit from the factory. 11. Stoppage of work, sabotaging the machine, influencing others to stop the work, conniving with other workmen and working against the company is an act of indiscipline. 12. You would be entitled to eam leave of one day for every 20 days of working and the same would be credited at the beginning of the year. The same could be availed minimum of half a day and maximum of 3 days. However 7 days advance information is required for granting leave beyond one day, 13. In case of pilgrimage warranting leave 6 days and above the same need to be requested 2 months in advance and only on sanction one need to plan for the pilgrimage. Management has the right to grant leave based on other employees leave plan and the dispatch schedule. 14. In case of exigency of work you would be engaged for additional hours. Refusal to perform additional hours of work is an act of indiscipline and you are expected to co operate with the management. 15. Idealing, loitering, chatting, sleeping during working hours inside the factory or in the toilet or its premises the management has the right to deduct wages for such time duration. You would not indulge in any other work other than assigned to you. 16. Your duties would be upkeep of machinery by periodical cleaning, maintenance of machine, feeding the machine with the relevant raw material, operating the machine, removal of process waste and storing in the identified area, maintenance of records/log and any other work assigned to you from time to time by your superior. You would be deputed for training in house or outside the premises during office hours or outside the office hours which is for your own skill up gradation and for the benefit of the organization which you would not refuse to attend the same. 18.
