Assalamualaikum wrbkth and selamat sejahtera,

Dear all,

Following the Academic Management Meeting dated 7.5.2012, it is decided that all students should have
a course file for each course, filled with all the learning materials and necessary information such as :
1) Syllabus with CO-PO which can be downloaded from the i-learn
2) Tests, quizzes, assignments, exercises
3) Notes
4) Relevant/related info to the course (lesson plan, timetable, announcement, etc)

This is as part of our effort to ensure that our students are practicing good organized, structured and
systematic way of learning, and updated with all the required information about the course.

Some of our lecturers are already practicing 'students with course files' in class. The faculty requests
that all lecturers inform their students in class, the necessity of having the course file for the class
taught, and check from time to time the contents of the course files. Not only it is to the benefit of
the individual students but also as an audit materials.

Everyone's cooperation is highly appreciated and comments/suggestions are welcomed,
