Note: Please use this schedule for information in communicating deadlines to au pairs who are preparing their applications. The
workshop hours vary from 7:30 to 18:30 Monday to Wednesday and from 8:30 to 12:30 Thursday. U.S. orientation begins 7:30
a.m. Monday or Tuesday.

Dossiers received after the due date will be moved to the next arrival month. Host families select their au pairs by the au pair
placement deadline. They like to review a minimum of three applicants from the same country or different countries. If there are
too few au pairs in the pool for families to review, they switch to another agency.
