1. Scope covers the installation of AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM at CONTROL ROOM AND
ELECTRICAL ROOMS AT PALINPINON GEOTHERMAL POWER PLANT 2

2. This causes a cyclic defect to our air conditioning system.

3. Negros Island Geothermal Business Unit PGPP2.

4. Repair should commence by August 2017.

not pursued and to effectuate further damage to our equipment.
