*Contestants also may submit a color or black and white photograph to be entered in the photogenic competition. The entry fee
is $15.00. Photographs will be judged on natural beauty and not the quality of the photo (Please NO glamour shots).
Photographs must be received with application. Photos will not be returned. No Exceptions!!!!

I agree to maintain good sportsmanship and accept the judges’ decision as final and agree not to hold the Possum
Hollow Festival, it’s representatives, staff, or directors liable for any damages that may occur before, during, or after the
pageant or en route to or from said pageant. Photographs of the pageant will be used in the newspaper as well as on the
Possum Hollow Pageant’s web page. Please sign below giving us permission to use pictures from this pageant and
stating that you understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations as stated on this form.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Absolutely NO parents will be allowed backstage or onstage with contestants. If for any
reason you feel that your child will not go backstage or across the stage without you, we will have to disqualify the
contestant. It is not fair to the contestants who will walk by themselves. Please understand this rule will be strongly
enforced without refund of application fees.
Each contestant will receive one chaperone pass and other tickets will be sold at the door (no advance ticket sales). Ticket
prices are $5.00. Children under three will be admitted free. Absolutely NO SCORES will be issued from this pageant.

DIVISIONS … Contestants must be no older than the age limit of their division by January 1, 2011:
INFORMATIONAL MEETING …
There will be an informational meeting for all contestants from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16th. This will
be in lieu of an actual rehearsal. The meeting will be held in the auditorium (at the Cochran Bleckley Chamber of
Commerce). Contestants will be able to practice walking onstage at this time only.

2:30 - 3:00 … Check-in for Wee & Little Mr. & Miss
3:00 - 3:30 … Wee Mr. & Miss Division • Wee & Little Divisions should report
3:30 - 4:00 … Little Mr. & Miss Division backstage by no later than 2:45
4:00 - 4:15 … Crowning of Wee Mr. & Miss Possum Hollow
• Tiny Division should report backstage
4:15 - 4:45 … Tiny Miss Division
