Dear Tirupati,

You have joined in Maxitech international LLC since 5 th day of April 2017. It has been noticed
that, you are allotted with the fire protection system works related to design and drafting within
the couple of day after joining the company.

The given work is not completed on time, which is continuously getting the false commitment to
the client and contractor due to the underperforming on the task that given to you.

You are informed to strictly consider this warning letter as final notice and try to keep the
commitments on time. If incase of failing to take necessary measures in order rectify the issues,
management shall take the immediate action as per the company rules and regulation.
