Taiwan Scholarship Program Terms of Agreement

1. I have read, understood and agree with the information and terms of the Taiwan Scholarship Program,
which has been awarded to me by the Republic of China (Taiwan). I also declare that the information that
I have provided to the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is complete and accurate to the best
of my knowledge. I understand and accept that, if I violate any of the terms associated with this
scholarship, I will be immediately disqualified from the program. (

2. Terms of Agreement:
a. If I fail to maintain the required academic grades and attendance set by the Program, I understand that
the scholarship will be suspended or revoked. (

b. If I violate the law or behave inappropriately, such as engaging in illegal employment, I will be
disqualified from receiving the scholarship. (
)
c. I agree to abide by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) during my stay in Taiwan. (
)
d. I will be responsible for expenses that exceed the scholarship stipend amount. (
)
e. I consent that the educational institution with which I am affiliated can provide government agencies
of the R.O.C. and my home country with my personal information, including school transcripts,
attendance sheets, for scholarship related matters. (
)
f. I understand that this document is written in both the Chinese and English languages, and that, in the
event of any discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail. (
