3. Mindanao Plant Tour

150 participants, Php 500 registration which includes lunch and dinner. 3 plants

taking  ”

• Inform PIChE National regarding forthcoming plant tour so that activity will be
posted in the Distiller

4. DEnad to send official mailing list of members and CSensano to confirm those who have
paid the annual dues for establishment of official list of members to be submitted to
PIChE National.
5. Updates for PICHE Week will be given on the next meeting c/o RSumera
6. Renewal of PRC license- please see attached file for the application form. It should be
printed on both sides of a paper. (Note: Representatives filing the application and
claiming the professional ID in behalf of the professional must present Special Power
of Attorney and valid identification of the professional and the representative.
PRC-registered professional acting as representatives may transact with PRC upon
presentation of Authorization Letter and his/her professional ID). Please submit all
requirements to RSumera for renewal at PRC Davao. Details on costing will be updated
next meeting depending on number of years lapsed/expired).
7. The official PIChE seal also available at Php1500. Please contact DEnad for details. – the
chapter needs to decide if we will take advantage of this as possible fund raising. We
can add processing fee on top of the P1500 which will go to the chapter. Please note
that it does not include yet the freight cost. I will handcarry if I have the chance.
8. Newsletter Socsargen- CSensano and BLaudato to organize this project. The following
writers to submit draft in the next 2 weeks. Topic assignments as follows:
a. Local Plant tour- BLaudato
b. Tree Planting Activity- CSensano
c. Coastal Clean-up- DEnad
d. Bowling- need pictures (any volunteer for write-up?)
e. Oath-taking Activity- MMocsir
f. Education Campaign (SLRAP)- CLamboso
g. Coming Activities/ List of Officers- RSumera
h. 2010 National PIChE Convention- SSato

Reminder: First Draft- to finish by August

Release date- PICHE Week

9. ChE Review sessions with NDMU fresh graduates- to follow-up with MMocsir status c/o
BLaudato and CLamboso. To schedule as soon as we can.

 10.ChE Campaign for High School students- Continue to inform students from SLRAP, DPS,
MSU, etc.
11.Teambuilding Activity- within July, a teambuilding activity will be arranged (possibly to
the beach, Lake Sebu, etc.)
12.Local government unit courtesy call- Gensan, Polomolok, South Cotabato, and
Sarangani

• JJesswani and RSumera to prepare letters for the LGUs regarding our intention to
visit ASAP
• RSumera to prepare letterhead

13.Noel Custodio paid another Php1K c/o RTamesis. CSensano prepared OR.
