South Korean Rebels

Cant most of them remain the same characters as opposed to giving them new
characters, just give them different motivations now that theyre rebels?
Or, if you want to give new SK characters out, you can just use the characters on the
character assignment list that dont have people assigned to them. Or, if you want some
new characters, there are a few below:

Deputy Director of Army intelligence and brigadier-general
Influential member of Syngman Rhees party
In the regular timeline, he would govern south korea after Rhee
o Paik Sun-Yup
Four-Star General during the war, we can say that he becomes a rebel
leader after

o Sohn Won-yil
