Position: Middle East regional programme manager

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

I am pleased to apply for the following position : Middle East regional programme manager.
My previous experiences give me abilities to manage the technical design and implementation of programmes
in Middle East.

My main competencies for this job position are the following :

- Experience as managing humanitarian programmes in sectors of livelihood, gender, child protection,
income generating activities, psychosocial support and SGBV
- Communication, facilitation, and team building skills in a diversity of contexts and functions
- Strong ability to lead programs looking for continually improving own performance or that of the
team/organisation.
- To provide functional support related to technical aspects during programme implementation
(designing activities, technical decisions, implementation schedule, quality control, etc.). In this way, I
am able to alert of any delays affecting programmes that may be identified and able to propose
adjustments (to the activities, service area, budget, implementation schedule, etc). I am able to identify
monitoring/evaluation tools, to plan for each project in order to meet donor requirements, and to
measure the progress (quantitative and qualitative) of activities
- To take part in developing the operating strategy and propose new services to respond to needs
identified in the target context of intervention
- Identify, test and roll-out innovative approaches and methods particularly for monitoring, accountability
and beneficiary feedback
- Participatory social research design, with sociological methods (techniques of satisfaction surveys, focus
groups, interviews)
I have a good knowledge of the region (program management in Yemen, Iraq - mission of exploration in Syria -
mission of evaluation in Lebanon).
