Online Inventory and Monitoring System of Cagayan de Oro City Health Office

In the study of Nuyda and 4 others (2012), the system will cover the inventory and
monitoring of medical supplies of the City Health Office (CHO) of Cagayan. It includes having
the CHO admin and user access to the system which has separate view of it. It process
requests, records and monitors the distribution of medical supplies to the Barangay Health
Center (BHC). In addition, the system can also generate accurate reports and facilities
transactions fast. The online system will allow the City Hall to monitor the inventory of CHO.

Similar to the above study, the proposed system will have two-way access of the system
the admin and the users. In this there will be different view the system depends on what user
type the person logs in. The system admin can also monitor all requests made by the user and
can generate reports from the database that will be saved in it. Transaction and supply and
delivery details are also stored.
