Gentlemen:

We request the assistance of your good office in allowing the reservation of the name KAI
TIAN TRADING CORP.

We tried to reserve the name KAI TIAN for a proposed corporation through the SEC-iRegister.
The request for reservation was rejected because the name KAI has already been registered by
Co Tuan & Co Kai & Co., Ang Tuan Kai & Co, and Tin-Kay Enterprises.
We attach as Annex A the SEC iRegister verification results for your reference.
We respectfully submit that the general public will be adequately protected from any possible
confusion in the event that your good office allows us to use the name KAI TIAN TRADING
CORP. A look at the name of the registered corporation mentioned by the SEC iRegister will
show that the first three names CO TUAN & CO KAI ANG TUAN KAI and TIN-KAY
distinctly differentiates the existing corporation from the proposed name KAI TIAN. The
proposed name is a 100% foreign corporation and its nature of business is Trading. Therefore, we
respectfully request for your approval of our requested reservation of the proposed name of KAI
TIAN TRADING CORP.
