ALO7:10hrs. RCF ‘B" tripped due to stone trapped. Three Mills A, D, F were in service. Oil support at AB, CD,
EF elevation (06 guns) in service. Furmace was unstable, suddenly boiler tripped on “Fumace Pressure Very Low’

7. Root Cause Analysis: Only 3 Mills A, D, F was running with wide gap between C/M A & D, with powdered coal
feeding (sandy coal) resulted in furnace instability & boiler tripped.
