Put this in the same folder as the "bin" folder containing the binaries for your
platform.

E.g. for windows:

C:\VULKAN_SAMPLES\
C:\VULKAN_SAMPLES\bin\triangle.exe

C:\VULKAN_SAMPLES\data\textures
C:\VULKAN_SAMPLES\data\models
...
