    Los Angeles River


    I remember as a kid, Me and my Dad went on our bikes on the Los Angeles River Bicycle
    Path and rode until reaching Long Beach. It was a struggle to finish the long road. It was 1 hour
    and 18.0 miles trip. After finishing the route, we took the bus back home since we were so tired
    out from the trip.

    My siblings was born was in Los Angeles Hospital. When I was 8 years old, my sister was
    born in 2010. Years later in 2013,my brother was born. Thats the one of the memories I had
    about Los Angeles.

    Starbucks at Maywood
    In Maywood they have recently builded a Starbucks. any other expensive places such as
    Starbucks are rarely seen in Maywood. To get a Starbucks coffee we would have to go all the
    way to Huntington Park. That is the recently current news about Maywood.

    Maywood City Hall


    The Maywood was established in September 2,1924. Moments later, the City Hall was
    builded. The City Hall has done many activities. Like for example, Fairs on Labor Day and
    activities at the Maywood Park. City Hall also helps out alot in the Y.M.C.A. Y.M.C.A does
    activities in Summer for Families. It also has many Clubs to join for entertainment or for learning.

    Heliotrope Ave School


    This was the school my best friends first school. My Mom and I helped them out to get
    enrolled in the school. This school gives me memories about my best friends when we were
    kids.

    St.Rose of Lima School


    This was my old school I went to in my City. This school has been long as the Church has
    been which makes this School old. In the past even there was even Sisters teaching in the
    School. I have been in this school for my Middle School years. But the Church is not anything
    new.

    St.Rose of Lima Church


    This is the Church my family and I go to usually. It is just two blocks away from where we live.
    This Church was built at least 3 times all around Maywood. The reasons why is because
    Maywood was a known to be a small Ranch. Since it was ranch, there wasnt many people in
    Maywood. The community was small and so was the church. As population grew so did the
    church. The second built church is the now the hall for the school of St. Rose of Lima School.

    The last built one was a bigger church, now that the community has grown since it was a
    Ranch.
