I am writing to express my interest in the position of Municipal Nutrition Action Officer

(MNAO).

The nature of my degree course has prepared me for this position. During my college
course, I have my Public Health Practicum at Barangay Bangilan, Kabacan, Cotabato
were we design nutrition programmed/project, we implement, monitor and evaluate. We
also experience in helping an individual/family and group in determining nutrition goals. I
am also proficient in documenting assessment findings such as Anthropometric, Clinical
and Dietary and capable of performing counseling committed to provide nutrition. I
graduated from University of Southern Mindanao and earn my Bachelor of Science in
Nutrition and Dietetics

I am especially interested in working as a community nutritionist as I am impressed with

the work in terms of public awareness in nutrition and I would be honored to be part of
