Subject: Attendees to the Final Selection Workshop on July 11 and 12, 2017.

Kindly advise your nominees for the Final Selection Workshop that we will
be accommodating the Mayor, Municipal Health Officer or in case that the
nominee is a Doctor to the Barrio, he/she should be joined by a PHN,
Administrative Assistant and a driver.

Please disseminate the same to your nominees.
