Greetings!!

In behalf of the entire alumni of Ormoc City National High School, Batch 1997, the undersigned
would like to request for an assistance from your office relative to our 20th year grand reunion
homecoming on December 30, 2016. The reunion venue is at Alfante Resort, Macabug, Ormoc
City.

This years reunion is considered an important gathering since this intends to reunite all of the
Ormoc City National High School (OCNHS) graduates of batch 1997. This is an advance
celebration of our 20th year since March 1997 graduation. In order for all to participate including
the less fortunate members, we have decided not to impose registration fees. The batch
organizers arranged that food will be thru kanya-kanyang baon (KKB) and transportation means
will be thru carpooling. The reunion venue by the way was paid thru sponsorship as well.

In fear that our private cars might not be enough to transport everyone, the undersigned initiated
to ask your office permission for us to borrow a government vehicle for the transport of our
participants. Carpool gathering will start at 7 in the morning at tennis court near New City Hall
office to Alfante Resort located at Macabug, Ormoc City. If we are to estimate the attendance to
date, we may reach a total of 100 participants.

On the other hand, please be informed also that we have requested PNP permission and guidance,
in our separate letter, so to ensure that the convoy of cars will not hamper the city traffic because
of the activity. We respectfully hope that our request will have your preferential approval. I have
