MHS Pure Science Scholars is a non-profit organization which abides by all applicable legal jurisdiction
specified by the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

By applying to this organization, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to
henceforth if you do not agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice
and all Agreements: Applicant, Member, You and Your refers to you, the person seeking status within
the organization and the person granted status within the organization and compliant to the Organizations terms
and conditions. The Organization, Executives, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our
Organization. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Member and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer,
acceptance and consideration of payment (dues) necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the
Member in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Members needs in respect of
provision of the Organizations stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Guyana.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural capitalization and/or he/she or they, are
taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The organization is entirely funded by donations received by its members and the general public, and through
fundraising activities prearranged and implemented by us. All members or part thereof are required to provide a
stipulated monthly due of GYD$300. The due can be submitted to an executive attached to the treasury on any
day of the existing month. Any party who fails to do such by the end of the month and deeming the partys
payment overdue will attract a GYD$100 interest every 14 days.

Donations
All donations made to the organization must be authorized on the stipulated donation form and provided in cash
to a receiving officer of the treasury. The form must then be authorized by an executive member of the
organization. All manners of public relations will be oversighted by the executives who will make contact with
donors on the organizations behalf.

This agreement is hereby entered into being by the compliant and the executive body of MHS Pure Science
Scholars. This agreement is fully sanctioned by ASHFORD LEROY THOM and KEIGELL SCHEM
CARROLL.
