Maruti Suzuki
1. Profile: Maruti Suzuki India Limited, formerly known as Maruti Udyog Limited, is an
automobile manufacturer in India. It is a 54.2%-owned subsidiary of Japanese
automobile and motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki Motor Corporation. Maruti Suzuki
started out in 1982 in Gurgaon, Haryana. Today, Maruti Suzuki alone makes 1.5
million family cars every year. It has two manufacturing sites: Gurgaon spread over

1. Profile: Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (M&M) is an
Indian multinational automobile manufacturing corporation headquartered
in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is one of the largest vehicle manufacturers by
production in India and the largest manufacturer of tractors in the world. Mahindra
started making passenger vehicles firstly with the Logan in April 2007 under the
Mahindra Renault joint venture. Mahindra produces a wide range of vehicles,
including MUVs, LCVs and three-wheelers. It manufactures over 20 models of cars,
