REGISTERED.
Debate Rules:
1. The membership applicant may argue either the Affirmative or Negative side.
2. He/She must raise at least two arguments in his speech.
3. He/She must submit a brief, outlined summary of his/her arguments.
4. The summary must have a minimum of 500 words. It must also contain
his/her LEGAL sources or references. The sources/references are to be
excluded in the word count.
5. He/She must speak in front of the adjudicator for 5-7 minutes only.
