F. Working Procedure:

Washing hands
Connect fluid and an infusion set with entering into the rubber or
access tube into the bottle infusion
Fill fluid into the infusion set with drip chamber to suppress
partially filled and open the hose clamp until liquid fills the air hose
and the hose to the outside
Put pangalas below the location (veins) that will be done penginfusan
Make damming with tornikut (rubber hedge) 10 to 12 cm above the
stabbing and instruct the patient to hold the circular motion (if
conscious)
Use sterile gloves
Disinfect the area that will be punctured with alcohol cotton
Perform intravenous stabbing vessel by putting the thumb on the bottom
da venous needle position (abocath) leads to the top
Note the presence of blood out through the needle (abocath / surflo)
then pull out the inside of the (needle) while continuing to puncture into
a vein
After the infusion needle inside is released or ejected, hold the top
of the vein by applying pressure using your fingers so that the blood is
not out. The next part of infusion associated or connected with the
infusion tube
Open droplets and set the speed regulator according to the dose given
Run fixation with sterile gauze
Write down the date and time of infusion and record the size of the
needle
Remove gloves and wash hands

F. Prosedur Kerja :

Jelaskan prosedur yg akan dilakukan Pemasangan infus | dok. Aristianto

Cuci tangan

Hubungkan cairan & infus set dgn memasukkan ke bagian karet atau akses selang ke botol infuse

Isi cairan ke dalam set infus dgn menekan ruang tetesan sampai terisi sebagian & buka klem slang
sampai cairan memenuhi selang & udara selang ke luar

Letakkan pangalas dibawah lokasi ( vena ) yg akan dilakukan penginfusan

Lakukan pembendungan dengan tornikut (karet pembendung) 10 sampai 12 cm di atas tempat

penusukan & anjurkan pasien untuk menggenggam dengan gerakan sirkular ( apabila sadar )

Gunakan sarung tangan steril

 Disinfeksi daerah yg akan ditusuk dengan kapas alcohol

Lakukan penusukan pada pembuluh intra vena dengan meletakkan ibu jari di bagian bawah vena
da posisi jarum ( abocath ) mengarah ke atas

Perhatikan adanya keluar darah melalui jarum ( abocath / surflo ) maka tarik ke luar bagian dalam
( jarum ) sambil melanjutkan tusukan ke dalam vena

Setelah jarum infus bagian dalam dilepaskan atau dikeluarkan, tahan bagian atas vena dengan
melakukan tekanan menggunakan jari tangan agar darah tidak ke luar. Seterusnya bagian infus
dihubungkan atau disambungkan dengan slang infuse

Buka pengatur tetesan & atur kecepatan sesuai dengan dosis yg diberikan

Jalankan fiksasi dengan kasa steril

Tuliskan tanggal & waktu pemasangan infus serta catat ukuran jarum

Lepaskan sarung tangan & cuci tangan
