Toxicity Survey Results

My grand total score on the survey was 3 points. 2 points where in the

emotional section and 1 point was in the nose section. The emotional scores where

1 for depression and 1 for mood swings. I gave myself a point for each because its

not a major problem or issue but its more of me making adjustments or adapting

to a new environment. Ive been in Germany for the past month visiting friends

and it took me a few weeks to adapt to the climate and the time difference. I

arrived at what is considered pollen season, so that was the cause of my sinus

issues. The 6 hour time difference was and still is a bit of an adjustment and in the

beginning it was hard for me to sleep more than 5 hours a night. The lack of sleep

caused me to become somewhat moody and a little irritable, but Ive since adjusted

and the overall trip has become even more enjoyable.
