@ GOA Rolling Stock Company = GOSA Fabrika Sinskih vozila je jedan od vodecih proizvodata Zeleznitkih voznih sredstava na prostorima bivie Jugoslavije. Glavne reference, kroz decenije postojania fabrike, u prvom redu su proizvodnja i remont putnigkih vagona koji odgovaraju zahtevima medunarodnih normi UIC, proiavodnja dizelmotornih vozova (Sinobusa), elektromotornih vozova I specijainih tipova teretnih vagona (vagoni za prevoz automobil, vagon hladnjage icisterne} Svi proizvodi su produkt sopstvenog razvoja strugnjaka GOSA Fabrike Sinskih vozila, ukljueujuéi sve faze projekta od izrade proraéuna, konstruisanja, tehnitko-tehnoloske obrade, izrade prototipa, statikih i dinamikin isptivanja do kontrole,zavrénih ispitivanja iprobne voinje. Privatizacijom od februara 2007. godine, postaje deo renomirane slovatke kompanije "20S Tmnavaa.s”. Preuzimanjem GOSA Fabrike Sinskih vozila od strane Z0S-a uvodi se nova organizacija fabrike i novi proizvodni rogram uz zadriavanje postojeceg. Novi proizvodni program je proizvodnja novih teretnih vagona u éemu 20S Trnavaima velik iskustvo. ‘Novi poslovni sistem GOSA Fabrike Sinskih voila zasnovan je na strateskom cilju da fabrika postane prihvaéena evropska kompanija sa znazajnim kapacitetima u prudanju visokokvalitetnih. usluga novogradnie, madernizacije i remonta putnickih, specijalni iteretnih vagona. GO8A Fabrika Sinskih vozila uvodi u svoj proizvodni program teretni vagon tipa Eanos i obrtna postolja tipa vas. Fabrika konstantno prosiruje svoje proizvodne i tehnolotke kapacitete. Od privatizacije novi viasnik je investirao znatajna sredstve u tehnoloSku infrastrukturu, renoviranje pojedinih radionica, legradnju novih skladista ‘obnovu opreme informacionog sistema, Uvode se nove savremene tehnologije proizvodnje i nova savremena opremaza proizvodniu. Fabrika vedi konstantnu obuku svojih kadrova, kojom ‘omoguéava da se prati ubrzan tehnicko-tehnoloski razvoji savremene svetske tehnologije, GOSA Fabrika Sinskih vozila danas ima oko 450 radinika sa jakim biroima za projektovanje i konstruisanje, tehnolosku obradu i logistitku podrsku proces proizvednie. Svi procesi u fabrici su medusobno povezani u okviru sistema kvalitetalSO 9001, kojifabrika posedujeod 1996 godine. Specijalni procesi zavarivanja u fabrici su sertifikovani po evropskim standardima za izvodenje na Zeleznickim vorilima i fabrika poseduje odobrenja za zavarivatke radove dobijena od strane SrpskihiSlovaékih Zeleznica, Fabrika poseduje | TS! sertifikate za proievodnju teretnih vagona tipa Eanos(s) i obrtnih postolja tipa Y25. Our main references through decades of company's existence were primarily production and overhaul of passenger coaches, which are fully in compliance with UIC standards, production of diesel trains, electromotive trains and special types of freight wagons (car transportation wagons, cooling wagons andtank wagons). All these products were developed by GOSA Rolling Stock experts, including all phases of the project — from the caleulations, construction, technical and technological processing, prototype development, static and dynamic tests, all untilinspection, final tests and test drive It was privatized in 2007, when it became part of renowned Slovak company ,20S Trnavaa.s ‘When 0S took over the control over GOSA Rolling Stock, a new organization ofthe company was introduced, and the production range was expanded, but the existing program was also continued. Wheel sets are with mono-block wheels and pressed brake discs. Bearings are of roller/cylindrical type enabling easy replacement ofthe wheel et. Primary suspension is with helical spring sets and hydraulic shock absorbers mounted inpparallel arrangement. Secondary suspension comprises 2 helical spring sets on both tends between the central pins and the spring planks hanging fromthe hangers. Adgitional silen-blocks inserted between the axle bearing spring supports and the helical springs of the secondary suspension enable the noise level reduction. Thanks to the self-adjustable hangers wheel tread wear rate is flat ie, uniform. In case of a hanger rupture, helical spring holder shall rest upon the additional element connected to the bogie frame. Transversal central pin support is 2 welded hollow girder made of the $35512+N (St52-3) steel sheet. Torsion poles are provided as the link between the central pin and wagon body - on one side, and between the central pin and bogie frame - on the other one, to avoid oscillations transmission to the wagon body. Each individual wheel set braking is performed by one brake cylinder application, Brake cylinder must be fitted with an automatic distance regulation device. Technical solution of these doors are a result of many years of experience of GOSA designers, who are world-class designers in thisarea. Doors are manufactured in compliance with |S09001 procedures so that continuity of quality and delivery termsare guaranteed. Most parts of these doors are made at GOSA workshops, which ‘guarantees along-term supply of spare parts for the buyers. Reversibility device makes this possible. ‘When coach exceeds the speed of 5 km/h the doors are locked, and they can not be opened from the inside. In case of ‘emergency, the doors can be unlocked by the locking handle.
