Calibration of 07 No of different tensile, Hardness & Impact testing

machines is going to be expired on 24-8-17.

This calibration along with annual maintenance is done by Blue

Star, Kolkata for long time. Servicing given by them is also very much
satisfactory.

One quotation regarding this is attached herewith.

Total expenditure regarding AMC for 02 years i.e.( from Aug 17

to July 19) Rs 1,45,000/- (GST extra).

This expenditure may please be debited from RCL budget head

of A/C 6500/24001 for 2017-18.

This may please be approved.
