Puccini. Puccini is an italian famous opera composer in late romantic era. He had a great
reputation about changes in opera style called, Verismo opera. Verismo can be translated as
realistic opera. The very unique point of this kind of opera is, the plot of the opera
represents the daily story or a life, a situations of a normal people. Mostly the main
character will be poor, or civil. In the scene, the character named Lauretta begging her dad
to give her money to buy a ring for her lover, Rinuccio. The lyrics describe about how she
