    16 Amended Complaint within 30 days of the date of the Order. To date, Plaintiff has not
    17 filed a First Amended Complaint, and the time to do so has passed. Accordingly,
    18 IT IS ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED in its entirety, without
    19 prejudice.
    20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED directing the Clerk of Court to terminate this
    21 action.
