INTRODUCTION:

The term personality is often used in everyday conversation. Its importance cannot be

denied. Philippine society, people put a high premium on the good or pleasing personality.

Classified ads usually include personality in their enumeration of qualifications needed

for a job. Personality also carries a lot of weight in criteria for judging beauty contests, even

choosing a girlfriend or a boyfriend; one is often influenced by an attractive personality.

Theres a lot of meaning of personality. Its equated with external appearance charming,

pleasing, winsome have been used to describe personality. But here, again, different

individuals will have various interpretations of what is pleasing personality. It may mean

attractive, to some pliant or flexible to others. Even a persons gait or his bodily movements

have been taken as a gauge of personality. The concept is also used to describe the most

dominant or most striking characteristic of person such as an aggressive personality or a

withdrawing personality. Some equate it with effectively by which a person deals with other

people and its environment. To others it is equate with character. It has also come creates or

has on others.

This study aims to determine personality profile of board passer and non passer, and how

personality traits act as a factor in passing the psychometrician board examination. We all know

that a personality profile is a knowledge management tool used to provide an evaluation of an

employee's personal attributes, values and life skills in an effort to maximize his or her job

performance and contribution to the company and it is also the reason why the examinee pass

or failed in board exam, in this study we want to shows the personality profile of every board

passer and non passer so it will help the examinee by taking their board examination.

In this study we want to shows how the personality profile of the examiners be the reasons

why they pass and failed the board exam.
