If MME links are DISABLED on a site

> Get the DUL bearer IP --- get hostet

> get the IP address of the sp210 router configured on the DUL get ipinterface=2
defaultrouter0
> get ipinterface=2 vid --- Bearer vlan id configured on DUL
> ping the sp210 from DUL (on bearer side not OAM side)
acc hostet ping
IP: <sp210 router bearer IP>
> If you can reach SP210 from DUL (on bearer side) then it means that the issue is
not btw DUL and SP210 issue is far ouside in the backhaul of the network
> If you cant reach SP210 from DUL work with IPBH team give them the info you
have
Info:
DUL info 1900 LTE DUL or 800 LTE DUL
DUL Bearer IP (as above)
SP210 bearer IP configured on the DUL (as above)
Vlan id of Ipinterface=2 (bearer interface) -- (as above)
<Provide all this info to IPBH and see if this match with what IPBH team has
configured on their sp210 router and ensure there is no mismatch>
- If there is a mismatch then this needs to be addressed accordingly and the issue
needs to be fixed to match DUL and SP210 config
> If you can reach the SP210 but the MME links are still disabled then issue
might be further in the backhaul network..
So now, you need to run a traceroute and see where the issue is at:
Bearer traceroute from DUL to MME
get mme ipaddress --- take the IP address of any of the MME
get hostet ---- take the bearer IP of the DUL configured
iacrh traceroute dst <destination ip or mme ip> -src <source ip or dul bearer ip>
