In this activity we will show the importance of the study of locating a Plant or Distribution
Center CEDI of the company SPB
It is very important to make a good study plan, the point that will be located and located the
Plant or the Distribution Center in this way we can know the needs, skills, strength to know
where this organization will be located, with which it can be known If it is to be competitive
in productivity and in service, which can achieve a good resource for the provision of the
service according to the requirements and needs of the client.
To be able to lead a good organization we must keep in mind all the variables and demand
that the field currently requires in the logistics network.
OBJECTIVES:
The main objective is to meet the needs of the customers who are the raison d'tre of the
company, visualizing in the future to further expand the logistics area to respond more
broadly to market behavior worldwide.
