This letter is my recommendation for Ms. Emma Bryans; Ms. Bryans worked as an intern ECONOVA

HOMES during the months of June and July.

As part of her internship she was assigned a key marketing project on the viability of ADUs

(Accessory Dwelling Units) as this is a market segment we are looking at participate in.

Her work on this project, including research, analysis and final presentation to our Chairman and me was

outstanding. She demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and then summarized the material into a solid

presentation that we are now using to show prospective customers.

I highly recommend Ms. Bryans for the position you are now considering her for. There is no doubt in
