19 AQM (Active Queue Management) based Congestion Control for HSDPA AQM based
Congestion Control for HSDPA feature is new congestion control for RBS Priority Queue (PQ)
and WRAN Transport Network and provides improved performance for short transfers at high
rates. The feature enables LTE and WCDMA PS Interactive and Background traffic in the same
TN QoS Class. More information about this feature can be found in the WCDMA RAN AQM
Based Congestion Control for HSDPA document. The
NodeBFunction::featureStateHsAqmCongCtrl attribute controls whether the feature is enabled.
A restart is required for this feature to be activated, refer to Restart Node. The AQM based
Congestion Control for HSDPA license is required for each RBS.
