Objective
At the moment I am a student in baking & pastry classes for 9 months so far, but I have been
baking and cooking for the last 30 years for friends and family .My personal goal is to learn
more about the business aspect and new and exciting baking skills. I want to open my own Sweet
Shop when I graduate. I want to accomplish learning from experienced bakers and business
persons for their own take on things. I believe I can learn a lot from my externship and want to
transfer that newly gained information towards building a great place to shop and work.
