FOOD TENT SPONSORSHIP ($1,000) 1 Sponsorship Available: In appreciation for your sponsorship, you will receive:
Prominent placement of company name at the Food Tent. Your company name and logo placed on the event Facebook
page, event program and sponsor board.

PAR PACKAGE ($1000) Multiple Available: In appreciation for your sponsorship, you will receive: Four Individual Golf
Registrations. Placement of company name at four (4) greens (Holes 2-9 and 11-17 only). Your company name placed in
the event program and sponsor board.

BEVERAGE @ THE TURN SPONSORSHIP ($750) 1 Sponsorship Available: In appreciation for your sponsorship, you
will receive: Prominent placement of company name at the 10th Tee Beverage Cart. Your company name and logo (if
provided) placed on the event Facebook Page, event program and sponsor board.

PUTTING GREEN SPONSORSHIP ($500) 2 Sponsorships Available: In appreciation for your tournament sponsorship,
you will receive: Prominent placement of company name at the Practice Putting Green. Your company name and logo (if

GOLFER CHECK-IN SPONSORSHIP ($500) 2 Sponsorships Available: In appreciation for your tournament
sponsorship, you will receive: Prominent placement of company name at the Golfer Check-In Table. Your company name
and logo (if provided) placed in the event program and sponsor board.

SCOREBOARD SPONSORSHIP ($500) 2 Sponsorships Available: In appreciation for your tournament sponsorship, you
will receive: Prominent placement of company name on the Official Tournament Scoreboard. Your company name and
logo (if provided) placed in the event program and sponsor board.

18th GREEN SPONSORSHIP ($250) Multiple Available: In appreciation for your sponsorship, you will receive: Prominent
placement of company name at the 18th Green. Your company name and logo (if provided) placed in the event program

1st TEE SPONSORSHIP ($250) Multiple Available: In appreciation for your sponsorship, you will receive: Prominent

TEE SPONSORSHIP ($100) Multiple Available: In appreciation for your sponsorship, you will receive: Placement of
company name at one (1) Tee Box (Holes 2-9 and 11-17 only).

ANONYMOUS/GENERAL DONATIONS ($50+) Multiple Available: This donation is made available to those individuals
and organizations that wish to donate and provide support, but would rather not be identified or associated with a named
sponsorship opportunity. Please be sure to indicate that you wish to remain anonymous on your entry form.
