- 3 sliced ham, 1 slices cheese, 1 extra large egg, 1/12 cup reduced fat milk, tbsp butter, 2 slice
whole wheat bread

1 fruit avocado, 2 medium whole, tomatoes, 1 oz tofu, 1 dash salt, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 slice whole wheat bread, 2 tsp butter
