Statement of the Problem

With all the technological advancements happening around the globe, new and
more efficient items are being made to further improve mans life. Such as an example
are the new and modern computers that have better specs than its predecessors. With
the various new types of computers coming in, it is expected that the older units will be
replaced and most of the time thrown away, and as more are discarded, it will only just
add up to the rising problems in terms of waste management. This research will aim to
make use of those discarded computers into something meaningful again.

The research aims to create a reinforced cement mixture with the addition of
recycled computer boards.
The beneficiary of the research will be the environment for it will help in terms of
waste management and also infrastructure by providing a new durable cement
mixture.
In order to make the reinforced cement mixture, the research will make use of
existing cement mixtures and discarded computers, specifically their boards.
The research will be done by the researchers of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng
Maynila.
The research will be conducted at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
The research is to be performed from the 14th of July 2017 until the end September
of the same year.
