> HERB TEA WITH SAGE FOR HEADACHES

> 1/2 teaspoon dried sage

> 1 cup water, barely boiled
> Pour boiling water over herbs in a teapot. Cover and steep 10 minutes.
> Strain and sweeten with honey, if desired. Sip while warm.
