Tighten the adjustment screw to zero clearance against the camshaft, then turn 3-4 flats.

Identification: Sleeve 1 with no grooves. Sleeve 2 with one groove.

Securing yoke, unit injector

Note: The specified torques apply to lubricated bolts.

First tightening:
step 1..... 20 +5/-0 Nm
step 2 (angle tightening)..... 1805
step 3 Untighten the securing yoke bolt before the second tightening until the torque is 1015 Nm .....160
Second tightening:
step 4..... 20 +5/-0 Nm
step 5 (angle tightening)..... 605

Note: When replacing, a switch to a sleeve with a washer is recommended.

Torque to press down the copper sleeve tool.....80 Nm

Securing yoke, unit injector

First tightening:

Note: When a unit injector has been loosened, a new washer must always be used with the same fitting procedure as
when replacing a complete sleeve.

Torque to press down the copper sleeve tool.....60 Nm

Lock nut for adjusting screw, unit injector..... 524 Nm

Steering servo pump (fuel pump included)..... 24 2 Nm

Fuel pump (mounted on servo pump)..... 8 2 Nm
