Beans with cod

1. Put 50 grams of oil in the bowl and programme the thermomix for 3
minutes, Varoma, on speed 1.
2. Add the cod and fry it for 4 minutes, Varoma, forward and backward
icon, spoon speed. Remove and set aside.
3. Chop the peppers and the onion for 3 seconds, without forward and
backward icon,, speed 5. With the spatula, lower the vegetables towards
the bottom of the bowl.
4. Pour 50 grams of oil and programme the thermomix for 7 minutes,
Varoma, spoon speed.
5. Add the tomato and sweet pepper. Program the thermomix for 1
minute, Varoma, spoon speed.
6. Place the butterfly whisk on the blades and add the reserved cod and
the water. Program the thermomix for 10 minutes, Varoma, forward
and backward icon, spoon speed.
7. Add the washed and drained beans and programme the thermomix for
2 minutes, Varoma, forward and backward icon, spoon speed.

Ingredients
100 grams of olive oil
300 grams of cod
50 grams of red pepper
100 grams of onion
100 grams of crushed tomato
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
500 grams of water
2 cans of cooked white beans
Cream of biscuits and caramel

1. Put the biscuits in the bowl and program the thermomix for 7 seconds,
speed 7. With the spatula, lower the biscuits towards the bottom of the
bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients (100 grams of sugar, 30 grams of liquid
caramel, 500 grams of liquid cream, 5oo grams of milk and a packet of
curd) and program the thermomix for 9 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 4.
3. Pour into the cups, where the cream is going to be served and keep it in
the fridge for 4 hours.
