It is a natural thing for us to eat three meals a day.

However, what's going to

happen to us if we starve of the Word of God, our spiritual bread? If our spiritual

1 starvation persists, then we will not only lose our strength to fight against evil
forces but also perish by not knowing where we are heading (Psalms 119:105).
If Jesus speaks to us face to face as He did with His disciples, then we won't
be able to take His word lightly. And this bible we have today is also God's
personal word given to us. This bible was kept for thousands of years by the
blood of prophets and born again Christians. Even if Jesus comes back right
now, He will say the same word as He did in four gospels, and even if Apostle
Paul comes back today, he will preach the same message as he did in book of
Romans and Hebrews. Therefore, we not only have to read it with
understanding, but we have to keep in mind that it is the Word of God. If you
ask yourself as you read 'what would I have done if I was him/her', then you will
learn greater lessons (Matthew 24:35, 2 Timothy 3:16).

Some people say they are simply too busy to read bible. If then, let's make a
timetable of the day. Time for nap, break after lunch, time for TV, time for
internet/game, etcyou will soon be able to see how much time you have at
hand. If you really do not have time, then you have to make it. Since bible
reading time is more important than anything, you have to make this a priority
of your daily routine (Proverbs 19:24)

for us to study bible at a fixed time, especially early in the morning. Also, as a
