Ingrediente:
* 125 g unt (5 Lingura) la temperatura camerei
* 300 g zahar (15 Lg rase)
* 2 oua
* 500 g faina (20 Lg cu varf)
* 1 praf de copt
* 1 pliculet zahar vanilat
* 3 banane moi, zdrobite cu furculita
* 100 g nuci macinate (4 Lg)
* 2 Lg cacao
* un varf de cutit sare
* o fiola esenta de rom (optional)
Mod de preparare:
Faina cernuta, zaharul, untul moale, ouale intregi, praful de copt, zaharul vanilat, nuca
macinata, cacaoa cernuta si sarea le-am amestecat cu mixerul, apoi am adaugat
bananele zdrobite si esenta de rom si am amestecat din nou pana cand compozitia a
devenit omogena.
Compozitia (de consistenta aluatului de chec) am turnat-o toarna intr-o tava tapetata
cu hartie de copt si am dat la cuptorul preincalzit pt 30-40 min (primele 10-15 min pe
foc mai mare, apoi se scade focul la jumatate; atentie sa nu se arda deasupra).
Dupa 35 de min am verificat cu scobitoarea si era coapta peste tot asa ca am oprit
focul si am lasat prajitura la racit.
