    One-time Relaxation in the eligibility criteria for CSAB Special Round for

    NE Home State quota

    1. Eligibility in CSAB Special Round for admission in Home State quota in Institutes
    of North Eastern States has been relaxed.

    For Candidates from the North-Eastern States competing for the Home State Quota seats in
    the Special Round, there shall be a one-time relaxation in the eligibility condition regarding
    the 12th Class marks. Candidates who secured at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD) in
    the 12th Class shall be eligible to apply.

    2. Conversion of Vacant Home State Quota Seats to Other State Seats of same
    category

    In case, any Home State Quota seats are left over even after allotment of seats to the
    candidates of Home State Eligibility, such vacant seats will be filled by the candidates of
    other states having same category on the basis of JEE(Main) rank.
