Check if Im dreaming
2. Keep a dream journal
3. Think about what I want to dream about before going to sleep
4. Try to have a lucid dream after Fajr
5. Concentrate on gravity throughout the day.
6. Go to sleep, wake up after 5 hours, do something for 15 minutes, try to go to
sleep. Do not lose concentration, e.g. by counting.
7. Count breaths.
8. Wear a sleep mask.
9. Stay still, close eyes and try to recall dream.
